1. Eligibility

• Minimum age: 21
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required
• We reserve the right to request ID and deny service if verification fails

2. Bookings and Payments

• A valid debit or credit card is required to reserve
• No charges are made until vehicle pickup
• Stripe processes all payments securely

3. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must be used lawfully and returned on time
• No smoking or transporting pets (unless approved)
• Fuel must be returned at the level it was picked up or refueling fees apply

4. Insurance and Damages

• Optional insurance is available during booking
• Renters are liable for damage unless coverage is purchased

5. Modifications

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes agreement to the latest version.
